OMP Server gets a upgrade

The OMP server has gone dual-core. 1.8 ghz. 4 gigs of ram. Now maybe I can run a orbiter2010 client on the server itself for stationary objects and a second testing server.

That should herald a quantum leap on the amount of stuff flying around OMP :D
The old slow server was perfectly fine for supporting half a dozen people dogfighting and flying commercial suborbitals all around the world.
