1:during launch a guidance system failed,sending the spacecraft on a flight to the capitol of the country,security measures were implemented and guidance systems were upgraded.1/14/85
2:First launch from Union Spaceport,suborbital.6/5/85
3:explosion on pad,space program suspended temporarily.1/13/86
4:First sucessful orbital flight.12/20/88
5-20:orbital flight tests.3/15/89 - 2/11/93
21-38:geostationary orbital tests,low priority until announcement of new subprogram.4/12/94 - 2/5/99
39:subprogram flight 1,crashed in hevaily populated area,review board says space program is safe and flights continue.5/30/01
40-45:SF 2-6,sucsessful HEO tests.9/5/02-10/5/07
41:subprogram enters into lunar orbit with flight 7.5/26/08
42-45:continued lunar flights.6/5/09 - 8/10/10
46:last subprogram flight.12/25/10

as a response,the review boards,who were headed by Tri-State insurance,did not produce a document,to my knowledge,regarding these accidents.what likely happned was an report was sent to the president and he/she discarded it,i will remind the vice president to produce a report on the next accident.Posted 06-29-2011 at 09:55 PM by communist
