Nae Technologies' newest pilot, Ray Melbio, has been doing mission after mission, trying to rack up experience hours. His first mission was one of importance to Nae Technologies: Place the Lunar Satellite into an orbit around Mercury in order to study not only the planet, but get a close-up view of the sun and it's gravitational effects. Ray Melbio has received his "Permission to Fly and Spacewalk License", or PFSL. Nae Technologies distributes these to any pilot who can pass the PFSL test, which consists of the following:
1) Understand basic Orbital Mechanics
2) Launch into a Stable Orbit, of any Inclination
3) Rendezvous and dock (or capture) an orbiting satellite
4) Execute a spacewalk to inspect the state of his heat shield
