Undocumented API functions

The opcLoadState and the opcSaveState orbiter plugin callback functions are not documented within the API reference for the latest SDK release.

There are also several undocumented camera-related functions, which I listed here: http://orbiter-forum.com/showthread.php?t=15963 - although they've been in the API forever. Would be cool to find out how to use those.
