Protocol for posting a Kickstarter project?

I intend to start a Kickstarter or other crowdfunding site project in the next few days. It is space related.

What's the policy of putting the link to the crowdfunding project in your signature line?

Puts the Fun in Dysfunctional

Hello RGClark,

Could you provide us some more info about the project itself?

It is a project for doing an experiment for confirming the feasibility of making arbitrarily long carbon nanotubes. The project will discuss that if it succeeds it will make possible the long speculated upon space elevator. It will also discuss the fact that these carbon nanotubes can be used for making aircraft on a different propulsion principle than propeller or jet driven aircraft used now, i.e., they will make possible the long desired "flying cars".
The funding will be for doing these experiments.

Dear RGCLark.

Before your signature aproval, staff needs to review Kickstarter page to make sure it's not harmfull for O-F users. Could you provide us with a link to said page?

I didn't write it yet (in accordance with Hofstadter's Law.)

I'll provide the link to you when I finally have it finished.

The campaign is now live:

Nanotech now has the capability to make the space elevator and private orbital launchers possible.
It now also makes possible the long desired 'flying cars'.
This crowdfunding campaign is to prove these are indeed the case.

I put up a thread on Brighton Lounge on the crowdfunder:

I didn't change my sig file to the crowdfunder announcement since that would automatically append the crowdfunder to all my previous posts to the forum.
