Runway textures are visible behind terrain

When using runway textures, they are still visible if the camera position is behind a mountain.
Occurs on both MOGE and D3D9.
Using Orbiter 2016 (BETA) r64.

It's not a bug that could be fixed with a few lines of code. We would need to render a planet's surface twice in a row to get it fixed. If we implement something else that requires a field-depth information then we look into the transparency problem.
