Departure May 1, arrival August 15 Chronus departs KSC at 01:00 EDT with docking predicted 09:00 EDT (13:00 UTC). Since I'm flying Odyssey, I'm planning to do THI (Trans-Hermian Injection--TMI would mean Mars) in the evening that same day.

And I'll do you better than screenshots (though Sorendafabico and I will try to get you some)--I can PM you the playbacks of the missions so far

Chronus fueled and loaded for tomorrow night's mission. Arthur, if I haven't heard from Mattyv by tomorrow evening, then I will fly with you as copilot on the way up, and you can fly solo back home.

I'm up to it, I'm just trying to figure out how to do this, because I have class at 9am EDT and I do need some sleep before it, but I'm pretty sure I can distribute some of my sleep to other times to meet the requirement. How long do you think the mission will take?

Should take about two hours to take off and get aligned and synched, and then we can go to bed while Chronus is in transit. The transit typically takes about 8 hours, so Arthur will be docking just as your class is starting

So, to sum up, we definitely need you in chat for about the first two hours. After that, as long as you're willing to let us use your UMMU, you can still be there in spirit

Chat meeting at 04:15 UTC May 1
Arthur, the Azure only holds four people at a time, so you'll need to make two trips to get us all.

Sorry I can't be there for the docking. Just so I remember, the chat starts at 1 AM EDT, right?

12:15 AM EDT. Main engine ignition is at 1 AM. The tradition so far has been 45 minutes to prepare.

Go to webchat.quakenet.org
Under Nickname type your forum name

Nope, Ohio is entirely EST. Indiana is the one that's half Eastern, half central.

Thanks for the chat info.

Almost forgot...here's the state as of 20:32 UTC. I left it in daylight so you won't forget to update. And like I said, the cargo load is a little unbalanced, what with there being 31 units, but I was able to dock in practice with minimal trouble.

And mind you, don't do anything with Interceptor. He's the first member of the B Crew. They leave aboard Columbus in October (assuming I can get four more of them of course)

Indiana is actually pretty much in the Eastern Time Zone. Evansville and Gary I think are the only places that are in the Central Time Zone.

And to make things even crazier, it used to never observe daylight savings. It would jump from the Eastern to the Central. Until 2005 I think, when they decided to institute DST and go into the Eastern Zone, except again for Gary and Evansville, which already observed DST. Gary did it to stay on the same time as Chicago, which it is pretty much a suburb of.

I was at school at IU when they switched over to DST, and let me tell you, there was some chaos going on there. Like nobody was on time, for anything. Even people's phones were not ready for the adoptation, and showed the wrong time for days. That is the Hoosier state for you.

Debated posting these in the screenshot thread, decided to post them here instead.
The cot has been finished.

The mass spectrometer is still a work in progress, and if you haven't seen a mass spectrometer, that doohickey on the left is the centrifuge

Now if only I could figure out how to use Blorbiter to export it. I installed the thing, but I can't find it anywhere in the add-on list
