General Question Payload Manager

I am getting back into orbiter, i have been trying things out but with the new release I was wondering about a payload manager.

I know Kulch had a Payload Manager then went to Universal Cargo Deck in the newer version which worked with 2006 SP1.

I was wondering if anybody made a newer version to use with Orbiter 2010 or something else that could be used.

As a matter of fact, I did about 3 years ago for 2010. [ame="http://orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=6078"]Orbiter Payload Handler SDK[/ame]
It doesn't seem to have gotten much use, but I am certainly interested in any feedback.
