To get real-time scenarios you need to do two things; first, the semi-colon in front of the MJD date, and second, the vessel you are wanting to watch in real-time must have an Elements line, not the position lines. Otherwise, you'll just get the current time (the semi-colon does that), but the position won't be properly calculated (the Elements provide that...).
