Gattispilot and I are having fun with this. We're still developing some things from the show for release in the future. Unfortunately the lack of collision detection in Orbiter determined how we'd have to treat landing on a pad that was not the planetary body's surface. As far as Orbiter is concerned attachment is technically different from docking (you'll have to ask Gattispilot about the specifics of this). We're not planning any changes to the attachment method. Keep an eye on OH and the forum for our additions.
