Hi flytandem, i just saw your post. Thank you for reminding me of those! I've only tried the 4th challenge. I managed to get back to Earth but i didn't manage to land at KSC. I'll give them a go this weekend and post my playbacks (if i manage to get them right) on the Tutorials and challenges forum.

I usually don't have either the non-spherical gravity or the torque activated. I assume the torque would only make it a hassle in the minute or 2 before the burn as the direction would keep wandering. But the non-spherical gravity would probably cause the need for mid course corrections.

you are doing well to be doing the free returns. They are tougher than most interplanetary slings.

Hello, I have been using your tutorials to learn Trans X but with some difficulty, probably my fault. Do you have non-sphereical gravity and gravitational gradient torque turned on? I have them activated and I can not seem to duplicate an earth to moon free return or a moon to earth trajectory without have to do some rather large mid-course corrections. Thanks
