Attachment Menagement MFD v2.0 2004-09-14

VERSION RECOMPILED BY HISPAORBITER.
This should work with systems other than XP.
This MFD lets you attach/detach objects with ships which have not implemented attachment procedures. All you need to do is to add att. points in configuration file.
