I couldn't think of anything else to call them.
The texture files are relatively big compared to the standard ones, but I don't know of a way to make them smaller and still keep a resolution I am happy with. I hope you like the skins and use them anyway.

This is the end result of my attempt to make a space shuttle-like skin in response to a suggestion/question from Cale Nicholson, who I see has since made his own space shuttle-like skins for the XR-1. Therefore, credits to Cale Nicholson for the idea. Â
Finally, credits and thanks to Skorpion-SK for giving me permission to play with the white DG skin from his DG skin pack, and for his generosity. I have always liked his DG skin pack. If you download it, you get a green one, a yellow one and a white one to go with the red and blue stock ones, and my black one ; ). Thanks Skorpion, and I particularly hope you are happy with what I've done.
