KSC hires tiles 2012-01-30

This Addon replaces the surface base tiles for the area of Kennedy Space Center with high-resolution versions. The tiles supplied with the stock Orbiter 2010 distribution have a size 512 x 512 pixels each. The high-resolution versions are 2048 x 2048, so have a 4x higher resolution.
 
 
Usage:
Unzip KSC_hires_tiles.zip in the Orbiter root folder, preserving the file structure in the zip archive. This will add a folder Textures\KSC_tiles containing both low and high resolution tiles. The high-resolution tiles will not be automatically active. To activate them, run 
 
ksc_setres.bat
 
in the Orbiter root folder, and select 'H' (high resolution). The same tool can be used to switch back to low resolution tiles. The tool will simply copy the appropriate tiles from Textures\KSC_tiles to Textures.

Older graphics cards may not support the high-resolution texture tiles. If you can't get the hires tileset to work, you can always switch back to the lores set with the procedure described above.

The tiles are colour-matched to the stock Orbiter 2010 texture tiles, including the Earth_11_14 high-resolution texture set.
