Life MFD v1.1 (alpha)

Alpha version of a "LIFE Support" MFD. Features:

• Camera vibration with thrust in VC (optimized for 1G-thrust = no vibration)
• Displacement of camera in VC with the felt accelerations +DAMPING or No DAMPING button in MFD (fasten seat-belt)
• green | yellow | red Gauges for instantaneous, 5s-average, 1H-average, 7D-average accelerations
• Warning flags associated: TRAUMA > FAINTG > CARDIO > SKELET
• Air, Water, Food management, with green | yellow | red gauges

Known limitations: Should work with all vessels but thresholds are defined for DeltaGlider and are still questionable. No saving if exit and resources are good-guesses only. "Landing" status is assumed for Earth only. No serious tests with D3D9 and Orbiter_ng yet. Alpha version means that bug reports are much welcome. Coders may contribute in the git below, the .h file lists the desirable improvements.

• with some O2016 installs, "Life" MFD can be selected in Launchpad but does not appear in the cockpit (workaround suggested in the discussion)
