LolaMFD_01282012 2012-01-28

This is *exactly* the same addon as LolaMFD for Orbiter2010(Corrected) found at http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=4781, with one change only:
v.2d has had the debug info blocked from showing in the lower left of the screen, thus allowing Lola to be used with other addons that make use of that space.
(And it just looks better without the big white bar down there.)
Source code has been included, as per open source rules.
