This is a base made with city builder , and some manual editing, of my home in Pampa TX.
THIS IS NOT A PATCH!!!
As requested, this is a zip version of Pampa base. But I must warn you! The zip version is bigger in size, and has less install options as the EXE version!
This is the final update of 2c, but this will NOT be the last update of Pampa Base.
