Introducing the Deepstar class D.S.V. Carl Sagan, sporting the latest in thermal and radiation insulating technologies. In other words...a bunch of new textures.
Unzip to your Orbiter folder.Â
These textures will overwrite your original Deepstar textures if you don't back them up first.
If you prefer the original name, after installing the texture pack, go to the Orbiter textures folder, open the Deepstar2.0 folder and delete the Deepstar24.dds file (or rename it zDeepstar24.dds if you want to keep it.). Then find the xDeepstar24.dds file and rename it to Deepstar24.dds. This will give you the new textures while keeping the Deepstar name on the ship.
Also included is an alternate version of the texture for the forward part of the ship, xDeepstar1.dds, which can be swapped with Deepstar1.dds using the technique described above.
