update from Axel D., original Perseus from Salvadortega
changes to normal Perseus:
 -correct simulation of the propulsion system, both engines are seperate available now with own
 Isp, fuel mass and thrust
 -mutch more dV, up to 408 km/s with ion engine and 17 km/s with nucler thermal engine,
 before 76 km/s in old mixed engine
 -impressing exhaust for every engine and RCS
 -RCS lowered for more realism and saving fuel, but now manovers are possible under time
 warp up to 1000 (ion engine modus)
