This is the probe monument to use in your bases.
Package contains mesh file that you can add manually to your surface base config files.
If you want to place monument in base you must copy following lines to chosen base config file

   FILE temple
   OWNMATERIAL
   POS 0 0 0
   ROT 0  Â
   SHADOW
   PRELOAD
END

For example if you want it in Brighton beach then open:
config/Moon/Base/Brighton.cfg
POS parameter is location from base center arranged in x,y,z order so you must edit x & z coordinate.
