Skylab1973Â recreates the first U.S. space station with as much historical accuracy and detail as possible. The animations are extensive, from the on-orbit payload fairing jettison; through deployment of the ATM, solar panels and emergency sunshades; down to the telescope aperture doors! The Ops Manual provides historic background and complete operating instructions.
The Saturn 1B crew launch scenarios require installation of Project Apollo NASSP (available at http://sourceforge.net/projects/nassp).
A Saturn V launch scenario will be released, as a "follow-on" to Skylab1973, using Sputnik's upcoming Velcro Rockets add-on.
Also available: Skylab1973 for X-15 Delta which provides modified mesh, scenarios and config files for use with the X-15 Delta add-on by GregBurch and me. This replaces the open source Skylab mesh that comes with X-15 Delta.
