This is the Solar Truss Module. It is designed to provide power to a station or modular ship while allowing multiple modules to be docked on each end. The solar panels are activated by the K key.
It is imperative to read the "Readme First" document after first extracting to a temporary folder.

Default Orbiter textures: isspanel.dds, issb2.dds, issb3.dds, and d_ring.dds (not included)
Titan 1.34 by Sputnik for one scenario (not included)
David's 3.9.3 Shuttle fleet for one scenario (not included)
