This is a temporary addon release, to publish the previous version as a workaround for the bug introduced in the latest 1.3 version, located here.
Version 1.3 is still good for standalone use. The problem - CTD - comes when trying to attach any third-party payload to the rocket. Some addons - like Soyuz 7K- extensively rely on this functionality.
Temporarily releasing the previous version buys time to do a proper fix in newer version of Soyuz (and in other related addons).
