Vinka's Spacecraft.dll is required by many add-ons, but it's not found on Orbiter Hangar. On the other hand, add-ons created with it can redistribute the necessary files.
So this is a basic cubesat mesh, setup as a Spacecraft.dll vessel, including the complete Vinka's Spacecraft4 package (.dll, examples, docs).
You can use it as the real thing, and just ignore the cubesat ! It's compatible with 2010 (works in 2016 with some bugs).
