UCGO Flags v1.1 2012-12-01

UCGO Flags for Orbiter v1.1. A UCGO addon which allows users to plant a flag which wont repack itself. An additional template & tutorial is included allowing users to create their own flags for the addon. Requires UCGO and UMMU for use.
