Today I managed to run for the first time a half marathon distance - life is pain.

I kinda got lucky in that the handle seems to be the only damaged part beyond some very minor signs on the door that I honestly don't know if they were there before. And the handle is inexpensive and super easy to replace, thankfully.

Still, a company run is a nice initiative - wish it would happen where I work.

More than honourable! I'm especially proud of my result because until 14 or so months ago I had never, ever really run - I followed this program of sorts to get started: c25k.com/c25k_metric/.

A few days ago I managed to run 10 km without stopping for the first time ever :D
