Hi Pappy2, for the CRS-16 mission, I have to open the control panel with K, then change the parameters because it's set on EDL and not on Flyback-EDL and also select LZ1 because by default it's "CRS-16_splashdown_zone".

Interesting, I thought it was only with SSU, I didn't encounter it with other addons like ISS A2Z, Crew Dragon. Could it related with something based on the Shuttle ? I had this with CameraMFD and DockingCamera2016 (GenericCameraMFD)
