ORBITER-FORUM will be temporarily closed at 2026-07-23 18:00 UTC while we complete some OF maintenance tasks. The amount of downtime is expected to take up to one hour, but probably less.
You have joined the "Spaceflight Server" discord. In there, there if you scroll down on the left you will see a Project Apollo - NASSP category with a #nassp channel. You simply click that to be in the channel.
If your discord handle is edmccauley, I pinged you in the #nassp channel.
We have added a few small under the hood features that in no way will impact your day to day missions. Now the crew generates urine and urine dumps will actually dump this overboard. If you dont have stored urine on board, you wont see the yellow spray when opening the valve. Additionally, the...
Diving in the deep in with RTCC capability aren't you! We are working on improving the RTCC quick reference guides for mission specific applications, but for the time being, the RTCC manual and asking questions is the best approach.
I would highly recommend joining us on our NASSP channel in...
Pressure relief valves have now been added to the CSM cryo system. This means if you leave your heaters/fans on too long, over pressurizing your H2/O2, you will start venting O2/H2 into space!
Be weary of leaving those on now, you will of course get a CRYO PRESS light before the valve opens...
Sorry for the delay on this!
P30 REFSMMATs were used for these burns, this allowed being "out of plane" with respect to the orbit while having the alignment platform indicate "0,0,0" for the burn.
It will depend on what your controller IDs are in windows. I dont recall the correct way to look it up, has to do with order of being detected by windows. I would start at 0 and work your way up incrementally to find it. I know thats not the best answer!
Also just opened your scenario, looks like you have a mark pending your accept, notice KEY REL is flashing? Press the KEY REL button and you will see a N49, this is because its a little larger than the expected threshold (normal for a first or second mark) and its asking you to "accept" it. Once...
I think there are focus options in orbiter and openorbiter, but what you are describing seems to be normal behavior.
These questions probably need to be asked in a general orbiter forum and not NASSP at this point.
Yeah the telemetry clients are very useful for this. We also have all the EMPs with RTCC now. I think your version predates all of those additions.
You might have missed specific steps like the V96 before initiating things. The V33 for PRO is only because the TM client keyboard does not have a...

Just a small little update to improve launchpad behavior, we have implemented cryo dewars to continuously top off the SM cryo tanks while on the pad. This has two big benefits, your cryo quantity doesn't decrease on the pad and your pressures will...
Yeah everything you described is your older version when starting and not using the J mission branch, so nothing to worry about in the current iteration.
