Not developing or trying to continue the original development of anything, was just addressing the problem that DDsang1352 asked for me to fix with that particular file, which was a simple one.
I'm having a hard time visualizing your problem. Once you're on the lunar surface, press "K" and your astronaut should appear at the foot of the LEM. You can move the astro around by using the numpad on the keyboard.
Haven't touched this project in nearly two years and lost all of my files associated with it in a hard drive crash (I use AMSO 2016 nowadays), but try this:
Note: Make sure you read through the thread and have all the meshes you need, otherwise everything will be blank.
Focus on the Falcon 9, press "Cntrl+Spacebar", and then a dialogue menu should pop up. You can adjust the rocket up/down from that menu. I'd recommend checking out the Multistage2015 manual, really useful!
You can easily update the height of the Falcon 9 stack in the Mulitstage2015 config editor by pressing "Cntrl+Spacebar" - check out the MS2015 manual for more info.
I'm not sure how to answer your second question. What do you mean "in front" of the Dragon? How to rendezvous with the ISS? How to...
Would've been nice to know this when I updated the scenario nearly a year ago.
Hmm... works fine on my end, but clearly something is wrong here. Addon has been updated on OHM to include:
1. NASA worm logo on Falcon 9 booster for Demo-2 (this can be found under Textures > Falcon94_V12 >...
Sure thing, I can add that to the next update for Demo-2 mission (it'll be in a folder for "optional textures").
Not sure why the IFA scenario is missing those meshes. I'll look at it. Can anyone else verify this problem?
Well, a lot of the heat and pressure is going to be towards the bottom of the booster, where the engines are. Falcon 9 entry burns for the EDL profile are very short, especially for those Starlink missions, so those get a ton of heat and pressure and the RTLS profile Super Heavy will follow is a...
Re: Rendezvous RCS fuel, I was able to rendezvous-and-dock using the tanker and only needed to take up 1/2 of the RCS prop.
Granted, it was a very long and careful rendezvous.
