Asbjos: The OrbiterSound.dll is indeed in the modules/Plugin folder. And tomorrow, I will install it again, thanks Ripley: I have windows 8.1 My Orbiter folder is located under "Documents"

Hello Everyone, This is driving me nuts.. I have installed Orbiter 2010 P1 which was no problem. Then I installed Orbiter Sound 4.0.....problem. Somehow the sound module is not present in the Orbiter Launchpad. Could not even find a solution in the Orbiter forum or an Youtube...

Can't wait until the Oculus Rift DK2 if fully operational for the Orbiter and FSX (steam) When you will have the Oculus Rift + Orbiter + heavy PC on a movable rig then you are one step away from Startrek's holodeck.......

Sounds good to me, I use the FSX version. But I have to tell you, I'm only flying with Cessna 172 and L39 Albatros. And still learning how to land properly. Most of the landing are good, but sometimes...........:blush:

Aha, the Spaceship 2 and WhiteKnight 2 are from Virgin Galactic (Richard Branson) The Lynx Mark II is from Xcor. Several space agencies are busy with this spaceship to get it launched. And this Lynx is the one I'm most interested in...... I'll wait before the add-on of this ship will be...

Well, when the commercial spaceflights starts to happen as a reality... Then I'm pretty sure an Orbiter add-on developer will get inspired, and the Lynx Mark II add-on will become a reality as well. It's just a matter of time. The demand for this add-on is yet not strong enough, though. :blink:
