A quick question for anyone who flies the g42: which autopilots (if any) are you using for reentries? I haven't been able to find one that can handle it without making it a wilder ride than my manual reentries.

I think keeping the tube evacuated would be a small problem compared to actually engineering the track. The clearances for maglev tracks are already a challenge for engineers. Imagine the force necessary to keep the train levitating on even the slightest curve or incline at those speeds...

Moach, I am trying to add an attachment point to the g42's front landing gear so it can be towed. Can you tell me the coordinates right above the front wheels when the gear is deployed?

If I could request any feature from Moach, I think it would be a cockpit switch to change the HUD from SI units to Kts, ft/min, etc. for airport operations. It would definitely be a pain converting every atc instruction in your head.
