    VR Support?

Oh I had no idea that was available. Is the performance acceptable? And can the hand controllers be used in the virtual cockpit?

    VR Support?

Did some searching and have not seen any discussion on VR for Orbiter or OpenOrbiter. Is VR planned or even possible with Orbiter? Flying SSU or NASSP in VR with the ability to interact with the virtual cockpits would be incredible!

Raytraced VC textures with panel lights

Are there any updates on the panel lights? The early screenshots looked so amazing, curious what happened to this project or if any help is needed.

[NASSP 8][Apollo 8] Realtime simulation preparation

For P23, P52, etc you use the following to limit unwanted rates: S/C Cont - SCS Att Deadband - Min Rate - Low BMAG (3) - Att 1/Rate 2 I've found limit cycle can help too if you dont want to maneuver. This usually will keep the rates managable provided you're using rate command or minimum...

Raytraced VC textures with panel lights

I think the lighting depended a lot on unfiltered sunlight - in the sun the cabin looks like it was completely flooded with light, and in the shade it was pitch black. I included some examples below from the Apollo Flight Journal. Will the lighting be able to be changed by the setting of the...

    CSM VC Center Couch

I saw something on the github about being able to fold back the center couch in the CSM virtual cockpit. How can that done? Both VCs are looking incredible!

    V8 Release Work Thread

Wow! Didnt expect to see this for a long time yet. Wish I hadn't just gotten to LEM Jett on my current flight haha. Is the CSM in the works as well? Thanks for all the work!

    Lem Gimbal Lock

Where in the CSM yaw is the middle gimbal, roll is the middle gimbal in the LEM. You should see a red shaded area on either side of the FDAI's edges (on the panel itself, not the 8ball like in the CSM). If the double line running vertically down the FDAI touches this red band on both ends you...

    Rendezvous Window Resolution

The dll is in the Modules/Startup folder, but not in the Extra tab on the Orbiter configuration. I am running the latest build of NASSP 8.

    Rendezvous Window Resolution

Here is a screenshot of the right hand rendezvous window. LMP window and optics also have the same issue.

    Rendezvous Window Resolution

Curious if anyone has any other ideas on the rendezvous window resolution bug. Running the d3d9 client, in 1920 x 1080. Tried changing to several other resolutions but still having experiencing the mis-sized window.

My mistake, I meant the d3d9 client.

    Rendezvous Window Resolution

Thanks! I did briefly run Orbiter on an HD screen and the panels were sized very large, not sure if that could have caused it. Renamed the directory, I have Windows resolution at a 16:9, Orbiter at 16:9 and reinstalled NASSP. Still no luck, not sure what the next step would be?

    Rendezvous Window Resolution

I think we're describing the same issue. Didn't happen on a wide monitor to me before, though. What resolution are you at?

    Rendezvous Window Resolution

Hello, I recently switched NASSP over to a new computer, and with the same install and at the same resolution (1920 x 1080) the rendezvous windows and optics panels no longer fill the screen. They look scaled for a 4:3 ratio. I didn't have this issue at this resolution before. Reinstalled NASSP...

    LOI-1

I've had oscillations at the end of LOI-1 when the CSM gets lighter but never anything that severe. The LM/CSM weights are loaded into Verb 48 correctly off of the PAD?

    Question Apollo 8 Ordeal initialization

Would you be able to upload a scenario for us to look at? Noun 44 should be in tenths of a nautical mile with the decimal point assumed to be after the fourth digit. You should have something like: 16 44 Row 1 = +01015 Row 2 = +01001 These would average out to about 100.8. My guess would be...
