Yeah, what I am trying to say is "Cut" everything out of the Space_Taxi_2 folder and "Paste" it into the Orbiter root folder. eg "Space_Taxi_2/meshes" folder contains the mesh that should be in "Orbiter/meshes" folder, etc. Hope that's a bit clearer:)

It looks like the files unzip to a folder called "Space_Taxi_ 2". Take everything out of the "Space_Taxi_ 2" folder, including the subfolders, and drop them into your Orbiter folder and you should be right to go. You need Vinka's "spacecraft3.dll" to make it go, too. Hope that helps.

Background stuff (such as rules for aerodynamics) changes as new Orbiter versions are released, the end result is that different vinka dll's work for different addons that were made for different Orbiter versions.
