Really cool concept, but I don't understand how the rovers will get power. They had no solar arrays (and they are so close to the south pole that they will not get much sunlight anyway), and it didn't seem like it had any RTG's. It seems like a very power costly process, so I don't understand how they are supposed to get the power needed.

Anyway, an super cool idea. The base itself could be easily modeled in Orbiter if you had the meshing skills, but to simulate the building process would require some seriously heavy programming.

Don't they say in the video that at the moon south pole they would enjoy almost perpetual sunlight?.. Maybe you mean it wouldn't be ideal due to the sun being always close to the horizon hence the light hits the surface at a high angle?..
