Bug Base Sync MFD 3.3 manual lat/long entry problem

Hi,
am using Base Sync MFD 3.3 (without MMext2.1 installed) from OH here:

BaseSyncMFD 3.3 for Orbiter 2016 - Orbit Hangar Mods

Trying to enter target lat. and long. manually but it won't accept any longitude between W90 to W180 (I also tried minus sign prefix).
If I make a base at the required lat/long, and target the base by name, there is no problem.
Just me or can anyone confirm?

It doesn't work in my install.
