Convair Nexus Issue

I am having an issue with the Convair nexus addon where Orbiter will crash upon staging of the interstage and main stage. I have noticed this on the scenarios: Nexus Launch, Nexus SSTO Launch, and Loft an Orion 20m on a Nexus. Orbiter will crash without there being a report on the Orbiter_Log file.

I have installed velcro rockets and I am curious as to what I may be missing here. Thanks for your replies.
