He fellow Orbinauts. I've been getting back into it, and just installed the HiRes Minor Moons pack. When I get near(ish) to Enceladus, I get a CTD. It seems to spam the log file with:

D3D9: ERROR: C:\Software\Orbiter2016-Clean\Orbitersdk\D3D9Client\Tilemgr2.cpp Line:1275 Error:-2005532292 pDev->CreateVertexBuffer(nv*sizeof(VERTEX_2TEX), D3DUSAGE_DYNAMIC|D3DUSAGE_WRITEONLY, 0, D3DPOOL_DEFAULT, pVB, NULL)

and so on. I can get pretty close to the moon, it seems to crash depending on how long the sim has been running, although the closer I am, the quicker it crashes. Thanks for any ideas!

I don't think this is an issue with a specific addon, here is a screenshot of the error message I got when it just CTD, and the orbiter.log file

OrbiterCrash.jpg

I'm using Hi-res moon textures, plus the micro textures pack by @jarmonik : https://www.orbiter-forum.com/resources/d3d9-microtexture-pack.5496/

Also, I don't have a path named c:\Software\Orbiter2016-clean\..., , my orbiter runs from D:\Orbiter2016

Edit: I also get visual glitches before the crash.

Thanks
