I'm formally and politely requesting the dimensions on the following ships docking ports. Please and Thank you.

In Feet and Inches is preferred, but metric will work.

DG 1 or is it DG I
DG II
DG III
DG IV
DG IV-2
DG EX
DG EO
DG HR
DG R
DG XR1
DG S

XR2
XR5

I need the dimensions to re-create a PMA for each docking port type for my Gateway Station

I can extrapolate from the ships dimensions if the docking port dimensions are unknown. But I don't know the ships dimensions.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks again.

Mesh Wizard has a built in distance calculator tool that would work for this.

Obviously it'd be easier if those in the know just posted the answers though.

Thanks for posting this Captain - I'd like to have this info in a reference doc somewhere.

As n0mad23 already said, you can do this with ar81's [ame="http://www.orbithangar.com/searchid.php?ID=2740"]Mesh Wizard 1.9d [/ame]

Load the mesh you want, and scroll down in the groups list until you find the group with the docking port.

Then press the "I" button to see the Mesh and Group Information.

This will not work with the XR2 because dbeachy1 has "scrambled" the XR2's mesh, in order to protect Coolhand's work. For the docking port's exact dimensions, it would be best to ask Coolhand.

One thing about the Wizard, is that in order to work you will have to change your Windows decimal symbol from a comma (,) to a dot (.)
