General Question DG Steerable Nosewheel

Hi fellow Orbinaughts,
Could someone in the 'know' please advise what is the status of the steerable Nosewheel on the Delta Glider ? I think it was featured in Orbiter2010 but didn't feature in Orbiter2016 onwards, anyway it didn't work for me in O-2016.
Some code for the steerable Nosewheel is still present in deltaglider.dll that can be seen in the deltaglider sdk but I don't think it's operational.
So the question is, can the steerable Nosewheel be brought into operation? If so, how might it be done.

Oh wow... I haven't thought about nosewheel steering in a very long time, and I haven't flown a winged vehicle since Orbiter '24 was released.

But I doubt it'll work (but worth a shot?) I remember using it for the DGEX, that thing maneuvers like a beached whale on the ground. This helped a ton.
