Just going by the names, I'd rank them:
Endeavour
Discovery
Challenger
Columbia
Atlantis

Endeavour, Discovery and Challenger are all very good names; Columbia is a bit too overtly patriotic for my tastes (fine for military ships, but for a research vessel/delivery truck it's a bit over-the-top); and Atlantis...?:blink:

Not just for ST, but for the meaning from naval vessels to space exploration. The current US space program would not be possible without Enterprise.
