When I use @Max-Q s better ISS. I installed everything required to use the add-on but for some reason when I play the better ISS scenario my game crashes and doesn't load the scenario but the in-game ISS is still in the game and works but the Better one doesn't load😭.

As said above, the entry point into a good round of debugging is the "Orbiter.log" file. It might also appear as "Orbiter" and be of the type "text file" (well, Windows still needs to learn how to treat log files with the respect they deserve). You find it exactly where you launched Orbiter.

Next, if Orbiter plainly crashes without giving you any idea, what went wrong and nothing interesting standing in the log: Install the Microsoft VC++ runtime files. Many add-ons don't come with them and we have rarely an installer or Steam client, that does that for you.

Does it work without the ISS add-on installed? The SSRMSD is initializing fine, so no missing runtime file, but possibly its module is outdated.

Did you install both dependences? (Linked below) Canadarm2 FIRST, then SSRMSD update, allowing it to overwrite files?
According to the log the SSRMSD dll is for Orbiter 2010. The second dependency updates it to a 2016 dll.

Canadarm2 v 4.0 - Install this first
SSRMSD.dll update - Then install this, allowing it to overwrite files

Also do I need to compress the SSRMSD update file into the SSRMSD or the orbiter folder

The SSRMSD.dll update is just a .dll file. So it will go into the modules folder
