Support help with joystick configuration

could someone help explain joystick config to me. rhc/thc and aca all work(ish)
off of one joystick. a thrustmaster t.1600m. I need someone to explain how to set it up to also run the TTCA with the throttle\jets lever on the throttle slider. not sure if the ACA with throttle slider will do this but I cant find any explanation of it

Download a copy of JoytoKey. Set up a profile for Orbiter, and map the switches on you joystick to your desired Orbiter keyboard imput.
