- Orbiter 2016 is released on 28 August 2016.
- Two sound modules for Orbiter 2016 are available: Orbiter Sound 5.0 and XR Sound.
- UMMU and UCGO for Orbiter 2016 are not available (yet) and are in development.
- Orbit Hangar is broken and is under maintenance.
- Dansteph has translated "Orbiter 2016 pour les neufs" in English (link), therefore newbies from various countries are encouraged to use Orbiter 2016.
