Hey y'all. I wanted do do a Lunar Transfer using IMFD, but my Map isn't displaying the plan from the delta velocity program correctly. I am sharing the MFDs correctly, too.

Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I think you should read the IMFD manual under the "Doc" folder. I didn't test IMFD yet.

I have read the IMFD Manual and installed according to David Courtney's tutorials. It worked fine previously, maybe it has to do something with Non-spherical gravity sources?

Hi,
it depends what you mean by "correctly". If you want to see the trajectory out to the Moon's orbit:
On your IMFD "Map" screen, click on "Mod" until you get to the Config display - set "Period limit" to "No".

Ohh, that makes sense. I will try that. Thanks!

That did work! Thank's so much! But now the numbers are constantly fluctuating on the map program even when I am not changing anything on the delta-v program. The map shows that the trajectory is passing through the surface of the moon..... I guess I might do a re-install.

Try going back to IMFD "Map" config display and set "Accuracy = 1"
That might help.

Huh, I don't recall making such changes at all. I am just trying to learn IMFD by a simple trip to the moon.

It is already set to 1. Now it says 1000 legs used out of 1000 legs, I am just so confused... I'll just try a re-install

Okay, I just tried several different scenarios, I am kinda confused now. I get weird results while david courtney's results are good. I tried reading the IMFD manual but it seems too complicated for me. Is there a different tutorial series I can watch, or should I just stick with Transx?

Can someone just give me a small tutorial on what to press and enter to go from earth to moon via IMFD? Do I get in-plane with the moon like usual and launch?
I watched David Courtney's videos on it, was confused about that. IMFD Manual is a bit too complicated for me. EIn, also, in the videos it was said it is relative inclination.
