Problem IMFD Tutorial Help

Hi guys,
I am a beginner with Orbiter and trying to learn IMFD usage.
Going through a tutorial on IMFD 4.2.1 by Jose Pablo Luna Sanchez, the first section about travelling to Mercury.
I follow every action and button press, get to Orbit Eject, select Course and wait until projected course does not intersect Earth, then press PG and AB.
Ejection burn is now supposed to take place but nothing happens no matter how long I wait. All I get in the bottom of the MFD is a "waiting" message.

Can anyone please shed any light on what I am doing wrong?

Using Orbiter 2010 and the latest IMFD.

How long do you wait?
Isn't there a countdown or something?
Did you advance time pressing R?

I finally worked it out! I had the wrong version of IMFD ticked in Modules :facepalm:
I had version 4.2.1 instead of an Orbiter 2010 compatible version.
Works like a dream now.
