Integrated Addon Manager

It would be great to have an Addon Manager integrated into Orbiter. Tab on the Orbiter Launchpad were you checkmark the addon you want to enable, simlar to how you enable Modules. You could just Drop the Addon Zip file into a dedicaded "Addon" folder within the main Orbiter directory
