Mars 96 is one of Russia's failed missions to Mars that needs the Orbiter simulator treatment, As it can use the Multistage 2015 version of the Proton-K/D-2 (its launch vehicle) and to simulate what could've been the landing of both the lander and the impact of the Penetrator.
