General Question Moon high resolution texture question

I recently installed the moon high resolution texture. I can't really tell the difference between it and the old low resolution texture that I had. I realize that the place where the difference should be seen is down close to the ground, but I see nothing. Is there something that I might be doing wrong? Thanks.

I think the hi-res textures cover the entire moon, not just the area around Brighton Beach. So if you only looked around while landed at this base, your observation might be correct.

Edit: The hi-res textures around the base you might have seen somewhere are added with the MicroTextures add-on.
