I recently starting noticing a new problem with Orbiter 2006P1. I know it is not the most up to date but I still use it a good deal. Whenever I try to enter orbiter in a window I get an error message
- The application has failed to start because MSVCP71.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.
This is very annoying because I don't usually run full screen because I have a large wide screen monitor and many addons that I use are not really designed for such a display and look much better in lower resolution.
The information I have found on the NET all points to various registry repair programs which I think would be more harm than good. Nothing I have found specifically addresses this .dll file.
Any insights would be appreciated.
