After dowloading Multistage2015 on the latest version of Orbiter 2016, I managed to successfully launch the SLS included. The SLS's payload was the default dead weight. I would like to try launching a delta glider strapped to the top of it instead, but when I opened the docs, there lacked any examples of how to use Multistage. Does anyone have any advice in switching a multistage rocket's payloads and stages?
